My meal plans hand tailored to me start with a base then figure what my body best responds to as far as fats etc gives me work out routines to keep my body in shock to grow and pushes me to push past failure when I need it
Ok then, might be something to look into for myself, as far as eating goes. I think I eat clean & get in everything I need for my diet but a nutrition coach or personal trainer would prob laugh at me
It’s always a great place to start. I thought I ate fairly clean till I had a trainer have me log in everything I ate for a week… thats an eye opener. @PHD is a great start for personal training. He’s on and off here, but offers some coaching for a transaction. I tagged him on here for you.
Yeah I think that’s where I’m at. I’m not keeping track, but I feel like when I’m hungry, I eat, & it’s okay as long as what I’m eating fresh cooked & healthy…but I bet if I tracked it I’d be surprised.
