My goal is to look stronger and healthier.
Since I have a busy routine, I can train 3 days a week for about 1 hour each time, with no particular attention to food
 
1 hour 3 x a week is plenty!

What does your training look like?

Is it working for you?

Are you considering peds?
 
At one time I referred to myself as “husky”… like the old sears n roebucks kid’s clothes.
