I ate 24 there’s still 8 left,also had protein shake, banana and water.Gonna do bis n Tris in a bit.Thankfull for a new month,deer will be in peak rut the next two weeks always fun to watch.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
BF - Overnight oat in soy milk, w/ 1/2 scoop of protein powder, and bananas
Snack #1 - Chocolate/Banana 50g protein smoothie
Lunch - Lean Ground turkey, protein rice, veggies
Snack #2 - Protein Bar
Dinner - Lean Ground turkey, protein rice, veggies

Workout 1:
10M AMRAP
10 Wall balls
10 Toes 2 Bar

Workout 2:
10M AMRAP
10 DB Step Back Lunges
10 DB Snatches

Workout 3:
10M AMRAP
1 Rope Climb
10 Burpees

Daily Gratitude:
Not having food poisoning like yesterday.

Not trying to be shredded but I’m also not trying to be a bloated piece of shit. My hands and feet have started to be numb out of nowhere and I think
It’s water retention. May drop hgh and see if that helps three
Edit: I do look lean enough to wear stringer today from pl event. I’m
At a crossroads with my caber I accidentally poured to many in hand the other day and I had prov in hand well needless to say they look exactly the same so now I’m not sure if when I go to take my caber if it’s prov or not only 2 out of 10 so we shall see wednesdag
