Good morning all. This day in 2005 our platoon lost a good dude in Iraq,he stopped the VBIED(VEHICLE BORN IMPROVISED EXPLODING DEVICE) He stopped it with rounds he fired, and it blew up at the front of the patrol, instead of it blowing up in the middle of the patrol.Stayed in its path firing until it exploded.Pieces of the car were a 100 yd yards plus away the whole rest of the squad took some kind of schrapnel, burns, concussions. His name is NORMAN WALLY ANDERSEN,and be paid the ultimate price.
Did tire flipping this morning.breakfast was 4 egg omlete pepperjack and tomatos,4 pieces of wheat toast, grapes coffee and water. Not sure about lunch and dinner.Today I am grateful for all the Marines I’ve worked with,we formed these bonds that will never break, and even if I never seen any of them again,id die right next them in the end.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
