October 20th edition of diets and training

Good morning all.No gym,just a 150 shot of test p.Breakfast was a cheese steak,just cheese and pepper,banana,coffee n water.Lunch and dinner im not sure about.Today I am grateful for time spent with my daughter,she met the women last night,but I introduced her as “dad’s friend” ha ha. If this relationship makes it to 6 months then I will introduce her as my girlfriend.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Big step I’m stil over just tryingor convince a women I’m worth meeting for a date. Same good and today is second push day more tricep focused. Getting a haircut by a young girl from gym. I emphasize young cause we’ve had some
Decent convos but she’s out of age range for me. Same with this other one that’s in prep for wellness show. If I could talk to potential dates the way I can’t with this two I’d probably be good. It’s amazing how conversations go when im not worried about trying to actually make something of it.
 
Haven’t posted nearly as much as I wish I had over the past months. Typical excuse but has truth to it. Crazy time of year with not just work, but also doing a lot of home renovations that I am at least comfortable doing myself (not the best but getting better over time), and believe it or not triplets just turned 6 and have family over tomorrow so scrambling to get house in order as 5 kids can quickly destroy progress made if you don’t keep a very close eye!

Anyhow, back to the purpose of thread in general. Finally got my smoker back out (large version of the Weber Smokey Mountain) as wife wanted a bunch of chicken breasts smoked for other dishes tomorrow . However took a few breasts and turned them into into one of my favorite easy meals. Chicken salad.

Smoked the chicken over charcoal, hickory/apple wood. Was hesitant on hickory, as white meat (chicken/turkey) just absorbs the smoke so much so easy to oversmoke them. Only took about 1-2 hours using just salt/pepper…I like to let the smoke do the bulk of the work. Once I selected my pieces, I cut them up, added low-fat mayo, dill relish, a bit of lemon juice, then added a bit of basil and garlic powder. Once mixed made overstuffed sandwiches on carb smart buns. Destroyed 2 quickly, then tried one with a bit of Franks hot sauce…even better as I like a bit of heat. Here’s the finished product.

Trained both chest and back. Frozen waffles and egg whites for breakfast. Protein shake. 2 eggs on a bagel. Met an old friend for lunch and had a dish called chori pollo. Basically it’s chicken with ground chorizo, cheese and some sauce. Served with beans and rice. Chipotle for dinner.
 
I popped Anadrol, Winstrol, and Cialis, and trained biceps and triceps, then a did a half hour on the treadmill. I was noticeably stronger than my last arm workout. Anadrol stacks nicely with winstrol.
I’ve had 2 protein shakes so far. Today is red neck sports bar burgers and fries Day. 👍
