Good morning all.Breakfast was 1 plain bagel,1 protein shake,3 HB eggs no yolk, banana,coffee and water.Gonna do traps n forearms.Today I am grateful for the great outdoors and the time I have to spend in them.
Not sure what I’m training tonight. Been just mixing it up lately. Food has been, blueberry bagel with butter. Drank egg whites with it. Yogurt. Had 2 chicken sausages and pasta salad. Chicken broccoli and rice. Steak fajitas wrap.
Breakfast was 6 eggs fried with 4 slices of fried bologna and a Dew. 2nd meal was P3 and muscle milk. 3rd meal was 2 chicken quesadilias and Dew. 4th was protein shake and can of peanuts. Lower Hypertrophy training this evening.
Science shows your better too much than not enough. I know blood pressure issues but I watched soemthing where they talked about how that way too much isn’t nearly as bad as they say i May look and see if I can find it. Couldn’t find it but saw where most peoples blood pressure isn’t really affected by salt just people who are salt resistant. So kind of like sugar and diabetes. They say the average person can safely take in about 3000mg of salt and be fine Daily. My salt even with high intake is generally low when I do bloods as I seem to sweat it out very easily cause int rings on hats and cloths
You know how it goes though, you watched something where “they say the average can take in 3000mg safely” and I’ve talked to my kidney doctor and “she” says that 1000-1500 is safer for me
I broke all the windows out of my glass house years ago… I really can’t tell anyone how to do anything right but I can sure tell someone what happens when they want to hose something up
