Good morning all.no gym today,no work either.got a doc appointment,then helping my dad with digging posts and mixing quikcrete,only have 4 to dig,so ill dig,he will mix.then my daughter is coming over for dinner so mostly likely Thai.breakfast was 4 eggs over easy,4 toast,4 turkey sausage,coffe n water. Not sure about lunch.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Haven’t been to gym since last Thursday. I started the gym yk look better to help with getting women and then got back into to lifting heavy. It didn’t really help with one and I can’t do the other so I just don’t see the point. Is it healthy yes do I care no
