After my mid summer shearing. To include head. Getting a bit of size back on my quads/glutes/hamstrings. My right calf is permanently atrophied and my left is close behind due to extreme nerve damage.

Fucking around at the gym today. Tested my lifts yesterday, by no means strong any more… let the fun begin.

Got my 12 week strength building phase tonight. Absolutely ZERO overhead movements for 12 weeks, and the only full lift I’m doing is DL.. everything else is either Belt, Box or Pin Squat, and Slingshot or Boards or Floor Press.

Should be fun as fuck.. going to keep my Test around 300/wk, introduce a LOW dose of Tren E, maybe 200 mg/wk at the most and gauge my mental status.. and bump GH up to 3 I.U./Day. Also need to tighten my diet. Went to the ENT clinic to get told I’m deaf and need hearing aids, and they fucking weighed me.. when my ex and I separated, I weighed 205 and could see like 4 abs… Friday I weighed 238 lbs, too fucking fat
