I will be at 180ish for the rest of my life… most likely. I feel comfortable here. If I get my legs straight, I could regain a handful of pounds in the legs.

Got my 12 week strength building phase tonight. Absolutely ZERO overhead movements for 12 weeks, and the only full lift I’m doing is DL.. everything else is either Belt, Box or Pin Squat, and Slingshot or Boards or Floor Press.
Should be fun as fuck.. going to keep my Test around 300/wk, introduce a LOW dose of Tren E, maybe 200 mg/wk at the most and gauge my mental status.. and bump GH up to 3 I.U./Day. Also need to tighten my diet. Went to the ENT clinic to get told I’m deaf and need hearing aids, and they fucking weighed me.. when my ex and I separated, I weighed 205 and could see like 4 abs… Friday I weighed 238 lbs, too fucking fat
Thank you sir! Back off food and anabolic for a little bit to let the gut take a break. Down to 248-250 range. Ramping up anabolic starting today!
