I didn’t want to hijack anyone’s topic to post these.
I started at 220ish last September (my 59th
bday). Trying to keep up with you guys! I weighed in this am at 202. Got these strange bumps on my belly…might be my abs under the fur.
This was last spring. After falling 10 feet thru some rafters and ripping my bicep off the elbow. Pretty much healed up. I took pic because dear ole mama wanted an updated pic of her little boy. I was right at 220.
I’m going to track progress for the next 7 months, to my 60th birthday. I will have many more questions than answers. This will also show how to recover from some bad life decisions and incidents. I’m going to follow suit here and try not to be preachy but state what has and hasn’t worked for ME.
