I can’t do it…never been able to. Yesterday I was out fir a few hours doing yard work before the it rained. I can drink water and nibble on something but that’s about it.
I hear ya!
It’s 116 degrees here but only 7% humidity so it feels great on my skin when I go outside to get the mail. That’s the extent of my time outside lately. I keep it at 77 degrees inside.
I couldn’t imagine dealing with this heat where it’s high humidity. You would never get dry.
Poppy, I love your gym setup! You’ve got everything in there that you need. It’s very cool!!!
Ive got an old heavy 1 ton caster wheel that my buddy blasted the rubber off…I welded it to some 3 x 3 square tube for my pully. That and a bunch of bands… you can mimick almost every machine.
The pulley (old caster with rubber blasted off) and the other end with an old front brake rotor with a pipe welded to it…. My pulley system. I make bars out of iron pipe.
I was in Florida for a bit in my younger adult days after military. It’s freaking sweltering down there.
Hard to compare but it’s as bad as I remember okinawa and the philipines were. I might be wrong but there’s a point where you’re just freaking hot and sweaty and a little better or worse just don’t matter.
