Belt squats close and med stance pyramid up top weight 8, 10, 12

Single leg rfe 10 with weight… drop then 10 more 2 rounds each side

45 degree hyper 2 x 10

Calves x 2

Neck x 1

Abs done in between sets probably about 6…10-20 reps each

Blast strap push-ups 10…then 5 reps take a knee for 5 count then 5 reps…repeat 6 x

Incline flies 2 x 12

Triceps x 12 SS with YTW’s x 24 for 4 rounds

Walk around yard for a few minutes mess with pool
