Tough shit, there’s none left! I smoked 18 lbs of pork belly for our daughters little grad party last night, and I’ll be damned if they didn’t all get eaten! I was hoping for leftovers, but oh well
@Kad1, they’re easy. Go buy a pork belly, cube it up into 1-1.5 x 1-1.5” cubes, coat them with rub on all sides, put them on smoker for 2.5-3 hours at 275 (I use cherry wood), if you have a veggie rack, throw them on that and every 30-45 min rotate it so they heat evenly. After 2.5-3 hours transfer them to a foil pan, coat them with brown sugar, honey, butter and more rub, cover with foil and back on smoker for 45-60 min… then transfer to another foil pan, coat in sauce and put back on smoker @350 for 15-20 min…
