Post injury cycle

A couple of years back I had two shoulder surgeries(both rotator cuffs and left SLAP tear) that have kept me from seriously working out since. Everything seems to be as good as it’ll get(the final follow-up with the surgeon is in a few weeks), and I’m wondering if anyone here has been through something similar, or has general advice, or workout advice.
At this point, I’m mostly looking to get pretty lean, and focus on improving my shoulders/avoiding reinjury.

I’m considering:
Test E: 600mg wk
Nolvadex PCT

I’m also considering HGH, but have no experience with it.

It’s been a long time, and I’d love any feedback.

You’ve gotten some good advice over the years is seems…

Advice for "first" cycle Steroid Cycles and Discussion
You can and should be using the minimum amount of gear as you can get away with. You should be working with the minimum effective dose, you could start with as little as 200mg of Testosterone and be perfectly fine and achieve your goals of ‘‘cutting.’’ Cutting is going to be more about your calorie deficit than the compounds, necessarily. If your calories are cut but you are getting in sufficient protein within the context of that deficit, even a low to moderate dose of Test will allow you to…

Post surgery advice/recommendations? General
Around late June I had shoulder surgery and have been recovering well and recently started going through the motions at the gym again. Now if everything goes as planned I’ll be getting my other shoulder worked on within the week. All that being said, anyone have recommendations on anything to help me recover faster or general motivation at this point lol. These aren’t the most major surgeries, one was to remove a bone spur and clean up torn muscle, and the upcoming is to clean up torn muscles…

I think during cycle edit I’m betting he means hcg

Then agai some people start hgh after cycle to try and hold onto gains I guess so who knows

Been too busy to clarify. I was thinking HGH might be useful as PCT, but that’s bad info on my end. I was wondering if there would be any reason to not give hgh a chance, and how beneficial it would be to help or at least prevent injury. Been away from everything for awhile and definitely have a lot of research to do before committing to anything.

I believe I’ve posted some stuff on shoulder rehab/ prhab. Also happy to answer any questions.
Why start at 600mg have you done 300 or 400?
Clomid or HCG will treat you well

Thanks, I’ll look through your posts. Thinking somewhere between 400-600. I’ve ran 600 before, but will mostly depend on what if anything else I add in.

I had 2 surgeries on the same shoulder in 11 months in college, 20 years ago. Torn rotator in my right shoulder, released by athletic trainers and university doctor to start throwing again 5 months post op, tore it again as well as labrum the 2nd go around… ended my shotput career and derailed my training for PL for close to 2 years (1 year during surgeries, 1 year after surgeries). Luckily my bench was never that awesome, so I was able to get most everything back.

Alternative thought:

HCG is suppressive in its own right. It doesn’t stimulate FSH or LH. it replaces them and binds to their receptors instead of them…. The exact same way as testosterone does.

Some people swear by it for PCT, but I personally think it’s better to avoid all suppressive meds if you’re going to PCT.
