Posting in the Correct Category it has to happen

So were having a huge problem over the past month with everyone using general and anything goes categories for every post.

Why? If there’s a reason let me know and I will fix it

If you talk about food instantly you know that’s diet is it food porn a recipe or does it belong under diet training logs wide brush?

If you talk about compounds steroid discussion category always

If you talk about your church service religion and support

If you talk about TRT or HRT then trt category

If you talk about sports sports category

If you run a roidtest the roidtest category I will then move it into the sponsors category when needed

I believe that you guys understand if you’re talking about a sponsor put it in that sponsors category.
I just wanted everyone to know also we kept saying No market place activity not many understood since old posts contridict this but we no longer allow or have ever been a market place and to make sure we made a new rule. Rule number 22.

1. There will be no discussion of shipping or payment information at ugmuscle this is not needed or necessary at ugmuscle since we’re not a market place this being market place activity is not allowed.

I didn’t believe that this needed to be a rule because everyone knows were not a market place but it had to be made a rule because it was broken all the time moving forward I hope that we all understand what’s going on at ugmuscle and why the rules are the way they are so that we can help discuss and enjoy our lifestyle.

We took her to see fireworks for the first time last night. Very big time for her. Got home somewhere around 10 put her to bed… we stayed up to midnight watching the el chapo series on Netflix. Dog got me up at 6 to go out. I’m definitely getting a nap later!
