Who had ever had a couple long ass working days and when you get to the gym it’s leg day? Tired didn’t want to do my 10 sets of squats. My legs were stiff from travel and being on my knees wiring up cabinets for 2 days. Felt like I pussed out. Although I did my 10 sets heavy, I still felt like it was a pussy workout. So I loaded up the bar in the squat rack. Did 6 sets deep and slow to really fry the quads.
