Quick little intro:)

Hello all,

New here and writing up a quick intro for everyone. I’m 28f been lifting around 6-7 years now. No competitions or anything just like to be fit. Around 5’4” and 125. Have gotten a bit complacent lately (read loose with diet and no dialed in training program) and looking to tighten it all back up! Am natural as of now but I’m creeping around 👀

Diet is mainly it on or off gear.
Bloodwork is a must before, during and after.
