Good evening everyone!!

I'll be competing at the Hurricane Pro Oct 17th in St. Petersburg, Florida. I'll be entering open and also masters. As I turn 40 Oct 10th :)

So in Atlanta, at the Atlanta Pro, (which was my pro-debut) I smoked the masters competitors but hadn't turned 40 as of yet. So my goal is to win the Masters category and qualify for the Masters Olympia which is held in Tokyo Japan in August of every year.

As far as Open I want to redeem myself and make 1st call out as I was 3 spots away from 1st call outs. My problem was size, I was a little confused as I thought my cap was 182lbs, my cap was 192lbs and I stepped on stage at 180lbs. Just too small, feedback was I looked great and had incredible conditioning and posing (Tyler Manion) but I have to be bigger to compete with these guys.

So as of now Im sitting right at 202lbs, and will cut down to a very hard and dry 192lbs.

I was upset with placing 9th out of 18 but It reassured me that I can do it and I can stand on stage with those guys. Also im not disrespecting anyone in the masters as I know those guys go hard and they also bring it. I just feel in my heart that I can beat them, respectfully...

I wrote my thesis statement about 2 weeks ago and just finished my very last assignment today. I'm now done and graduate Sept 4th with my 2nd masters degree in Business Intelligence. So now I can focus more on training, writing articles and helping others. As this is truly my passion as I love the science behind all of it.

At this point and time I am 6 weeks and 1 day out from, the Hurricane Pro. I hope to redeem myself and place higher as at the last show I got 9th out of 18.

This time I’ll be competing in Open and the Masters.

I’m really liking this HGH from @US-pharmacies it’s great, I have deep sleeps, my joints and tendons feel good, I feel and look fuller and my recovery is a lot better.

My blood pressure is at a good state 136/80
My blood glucose is at 87

These are during my current cycle.

I wasn’t as at ease for the Atlanta show, as I am now. I psyched myself out as I wanted to do well so bad. As I’ve stated previously I came in too small as I stepped on stage at 177lbs, not realizing my cap is 192lbs.

This show will be different, I plan on making 1st call out. I also planning on winning Masters and qualifying for the Masters Olympia.

Good day everyone, today was posterior day as we get closer to the Hurricane Pro October 17th.

Meals are 5 times a day and the caloric intake is about 1800 at this point.
Only carbs are meal 3 and that's rice at 100 grams.

Good day everyone, I'm about 4 weeks out from the Hurricane Pro, in St Petersburg Florida. I'll be competing in Open Classic Physique and also Masters as I turn 40 October 10th. I feel like I have a really good chance of winning the masters and making 1st call out via open. (I say this respectfully)

I've been a little busy as of late, I just graduated Sept 9th with my 2nd master in Business Intelligence, and I'm getting ready to release my 1st book in the next 90 days. I'm working with a publishing company right now, the book will be titled Raw Cutlery, (Perform At The Best Version Of You). I can't wait as this is my way to give back to those in the community in order to help them feel their best both mentally and physically. I'll let you guys know when it's available.
