I have found jump rope to assist especially ez on the knees and lowe back I started with a 1/2 speed rope now I am at 1/4 pound Utilize it in between sets to get the heart rate back up which will help me in the long run with my metabolism and work all those little muscles that I don’t normally work by using proper form
Yoh and me both. Last time I played was in 9 foot tourney with a bunch of cops hAhaha. It’s amazing how bad of shape I was in but since I was having fun I was able to do like 3 minute intervals. Also I jokingly said that I need gin to get myself going so during second game my friends wife came with water bottle of gin haha. I drink it but only cue I had just taking ball to groin real bad. Was fun dunking in a game for once
