I have noticed that my right bicep does not get a pump, in the last couple weeks. I am right handed, and still slightly stronger right arm.

Not sure why I can’t get right arm pump though?

Generally feeling pretty good all around right now and strong for me.

Any clue to why this might be a thing?

Just before lock down, I failed out of ohp I was standing in the seated rack… it was a weird fail, and I definitely injured something that side. I kinda forgot about it cause it only affected me while lifting.

I ate rating my right bicep gets a pump from everything I swear. I have bicep pump from doing heavy doubles on bench hahah

You possibly ruptured a tendon and never had any issues but you might need surgery.
Can you flex your muscles fully?
You can get an mri and see but its costly.

When I replay that fail it was definetlybjaving the hooks to far away from me and and too low, so it was like a reverse grip curl fail into the hooks.

I can flex it, but it does not seem to feel like full flexed, I have no other Impingement or range of motion problems Though.

And yes I was doing triples on bench today, I noticed how hard my left bicep was, so that’s why I got thinking about right bicep! 😂

I believe that you should get an mri of your right elbow joint and see if you have a rupture possibly the doctor could be able to tell by feeling for scar tissue but an orthopedic is the doctor you need to get that fixed I believe not positive but probable

Supernation comes with some pain on my right side for sure. Elbow into forearm. It would appear I have accumulated some damage.

Hmmm if it hasn’t healed After A pandemics worth of rest… I wonder what the extent of damage is. I had noticed previously my insert point looked different, I just never pieced this all together for myself. I’m kinda dumb I guess

Thanks

It may sound funny but for chest, bis tris and lats, I always flex certain sides after a lift to establish a connection if it feels lop sided.

Your not dumb brother this is not common but common in our lifestyle. We feel pain so much that when something happens like me personally I was told my whole young life walk it off lol so its just our mindset that pain isn’t a problem.
Usually it definitely is though lol

What just happened to me is because I ignored symptoms for a long time and everything hit me at once smh I hope that everything gets taken care of brother
