Be accountable to yourself. My biggest thing is I don’t Dwell on my past and I’m just as hell not allowing my future to slip back in the bad ways cuase soemthing isn’t going my way in the present. You can’t drink and it turn out well I can’t even do a bump and say things are alright.

Rusty… substance abuse and the wrecking ball of destruction it leaves behind has been in my life since I was a little boy. The subject hurts me… seeing others falling into it hurts me.

I was kinda thinking you had packed up and went to Florida for the hurricane rebuild.

I understand. The hardest part of being locked up was knowing how much my loved ones were suffering. They suffered financially mentally spiritually and even physically if you count the fact that my son that just went through brutal chemo has lost fifty pounds of muscle and is relying on me to help him with his rehabilitation that @PHD and his girl are planning on structuring for us. Now because of my bad choices we are starting two months late. I don’t wish to cause any more suffering to my loved ones nor be a bad example for the kids.

28 years!!! Wow! Congratulations. That’s an accomplishment right there. Summer 2023 will be 10 for me completely clean and sober although it’s been a bit longer for the really ugly part.

11-13 is my date for coke I’m not sober but year clean off coke. One year is nice but always know I’m just one mistake from it crashing down. Not saying if I was to do once I would spiral again but why risk it. Because I would spiral again if we are honest
