Every time brother they have me in there computers as very dangerous or however its done but as soon as they run my ID atleast another car comes and its only instructions to get out walk backwards towards my voice and then bang that’s the sound of them slamming me either on the car or unfortunately some cops are complete assholes and they slam me to the ground. This is just during every traffic stop ever

Don’t get me wrong I kinda understand it because im a big guy and when they see my record and mental illness they get scared. I believe even though I have been arrested alot and have never resisted or ever been violent towards an officer of the law. They still want to always go home to their families. I just wish that they could include a note saying that I have changed not to treat me as an armed felon which im not a convicted felon.
I always made sure to get a with held adjudication @Rusty you need to go for this also in your cases.

Back in my mason tensing days I was fresh outta college football and carrying around 90 pound blocks all day two at a time. I was big as fuck and intimidating. People say I have an intimidating look. Well I had two cops question me and I told them I was gonna go sit down cause I was tired. They both immediately jumped me and sprayed me with pepper spray. They were young and little. They were scared of me that was it. I had one on my back and was on the stairs holding both of us up with one hand. They told me to put my other hand behind my back I told them I couldn’t cause we would fall. Well the other cop finally got my hands back and sure enough we fell but I was on the bottom so they didn’t care. They gave me bogus resisting charges to justify their actions. I was able to get that thrown outta court.

I’m not a huge piece of Murph meat I got the same deal add the resist and violence part . Plus apparently if you shoot guns while in street or in car at people, it’s a federal offense not a felony. I get why they are jumpy especially this day and age. It’s the disrespect and unwillingness to listen part I don’t. the knee on the throat, anyone that thinks it’s ok has never had it done while not resisting and telling them you will do whatever they ask. I have big time sensory issues. No necklace no phone on the hip. Even my wedding ring is rubber. If I touch one side of the steering wheel then I have to touch the other side in the sam place or I feel uneven. If I run my hand a certain way I gotta do the exact same thing to the other side. I have been fighting with people about this trying to defend the cop. He should have never had his knee on his neck I was unlucky enough to see the entire video its faces of death you can actually watch him die and the worst part is the cop is starring at him as he is dying and he doesn’t even lift his leg. Its disgusting to watch I believe that he deserves 2nd degree murder and you know for sure that wasn’t the first person he has tortured like that this was just the first to die.

Cops have a thankless job everyone hates them cause of tickets they can’t even protect themselves from criminals anymore. Their own system is against them now. At this point why would anyone want to. Be one surprised they all have not quit pay and pension is horrible. So the only ones left are gonna be the bad ones doing it for wrong reasons or the young ones who need the experience and training from the older good ones. I would say private security(armed) is coming you hire someone to protect you or your community only

I honestly believe that the police are going to become a private industry and cities and towns will start accepting bids from private companies so that they stop getting sued and so that they don’t meaning the state government have to deal with backlash from anyone anymore if its a private industry.

This is so bad though they already make money off incarceration so if they privatize the police they will have even more of an incentive to arrest people. The usa has the most imprisoned people in the world and our population is alot lower than others such as China and Russia.
