Photo updates. Putting on a little mass at 245 today with a little more chinch then I wanted. Finally moving into new home next week so that will help diet a lot. Definitely gotta work on posing. But think traps are popping better

Looking leaner even though your heavier I believe but also your abs and chest ard more pronounced and your back is starting to pop you definitely got biceps and arms

I can definitely see more definition and veins in my muscles but my abs are gone. Can see outline but no bumps anymore. It’s ok though. Just started Tren hex and EQ a week ago plus upped my test to P instead of C. Also living in a house that isn’t mine and under construction makes diet a nightmare. Should be all moved in to new home by next weekend and I don’t have to worry about unpacking because the wife doesn’t trust me lol. Bless her heart(actually happy about that!!). So I’ve weathered the storm this past five weeks without becoming a total fat ass so am happy about it.
 
Shoulders you have 3 spots that’s 6 muscles for ment a week at .5ml and then quads glutes and your big enough to pin chest.
Also your ventro is another great idea
