Thanks brother. It’s funny cause so far the most progress I have made has been on cruises. Not cycles. Don’t understand why. Maybe easier to be disciplined or maybe just coincidence with injuries. I seem to be more injury prone on cycle.
That’s interesting. If you don’t mind me asking, what kind of injuries do you usually experience? I know sometimes I get a nagging pain in my wrists and back
