I wouldn’t have thought that you would have been locked up but honestly anyone can end up locked up criminal or not they make money off housing you and I hate when they say it costs 80k to house an inmate which is the biggest lie ever they pay correction staff all that money.
No where near that amount goes to housing an inmate.

I always went in for short stints for dumb stuff. Usually alcohol was involved. It’s been a while. I like my own bed.

I took a rest day yesterday. I did some volunteer work just to get out of the house and not put myself in a tempting situation. Had a great day food wise. I went to a meeting and came home about 8:30. When I got home I discovered my daughters had cleaned the whole house while their stepmom (who is working 13 days in a row) was sleeping. I was so proud and their stepmom was super happy this morning waking up to a spotless kitchen and living room. And the y also made homemade brownies and cookies which they insisted I try one of each ughhhhh. These things don’t help my bloat but with all the effort I had to so I did. They weren’t outta a box or premix I mean from scratch like granny use to do. I am truly blessed. And once again bloated hahahaha.

Had dbol at 9. And preworkout at 10:30 this is central time. Had three cups coffee this morning. Light on the sodium for breakfast. It’s 12:30 now. My bo is 131 over 82 and standing hr is 80. For me this is pretty good considering all the gear I am on. @NeuroRN your thoughts.
