I used to do dead’s on pull/back day too. I do squats for legs and the thought of doing heavy squats and dead’s in the same session just wears me out haha
Question for all. I have about 18 weeks of GH left Thats at 2iu per day five days a week. I am taking dbol for the first time ever also NPP proviron and test P. When I was at 3500 calories /day my weight stayed the same. Since I’ve started the cycle my I have adjusted my calories to 2500 I’ve been working harder at the gym and my weight the past two days is at 5 pounds more, I think it’s water weight. I know both GH and dbol can retain water. Would it be wise to wait until after the cycle to take the GH. According to what I have read GH lypholize and vacuum sealed can last up to five years in the fridge. So I am not worried about it’s shelf life.
I will defer the gh question to the pros. But the weight question and all that…remember brother, you just started this odyssey. The scales aren’t the best gauge for daily or even weekly monitoring. You can weigh yourself but take it with a grain of salt. Myself…dbol used to swell me up with water…
I understand that. It’s just that 245 is where my weight wants to sit no matter what 25%bf or 17 bf. It’s always the same. So with a deficit of 1000 calories less than normal I just assumed it would be the same or maybe a little less. Five pound jump for me seemed very drastic.
Hahahaha. I was thinking maybe that caused the bloat cause I am not use to eating shit food much anymore. With the exception of the past alcohol stuff my diet has been exceptional.
With heavy water weight it can be sodium intake you need sodium but not ramen noodles amounts lol this will help you cut water if you cut some sodium intake but then you have to be careful about hydration
I have an addiction almost to a certain brand but the normal packets I use half a pac and save the other half for dinner.
Not everyone is going to understand the save for dinner but some will
