Here is what I am thinking for push day I am going to try the PPL. Thoughts and suggestions please. I went this way because a lot less pain in shoulders a lot of this is inspired by @johnjuanb1 my goal is hypertrophy. @NeuroRN @Poppy @Bigmurph @Dirtnasty

Push up half way 4 times and fifth time all the way up with light weight. That counts as 1 rep. I can usually crank out 4 of these
 
Yea the sling shot is pretty legit just wear it under your shirt so no one knows you’re wearing it. Jk lol. Lower the weight and go full rom heavy is relative to everyone. As long as it’s as heavy as you personally can do with proper form u will grow.
 
Lol, I’m always teasing my wife “no baby your not wearing 3D glasses my back is just that freaky” or “babe did you know that they filmed the lord of the rings on my back? Cause it’s so fucking gigantic” one of these days her eyes are going to roll out of her head.
