Hit some PRs on volume this morning. I was pissed and hit it hard. I woke up with a fuck my world attitude!!! Feel much better after workout. Diet hasn’t been great as working and moving makes it impossible to cook. Breakfasts and lunches have been healthy but dinners I just let the wife and kid get what they want at this point and have whatever they getting.
As long as you’re still training you can really eat almost anything especially since you’re burning crazy cals moving and training you will bounce right back onto your normal calorie intake and it should work like a refeed for you
Yes brother thanks for asking. Been crazy moving. Work eight hours in construction then go home and work eight hours moving for 7 days straight. Cept weekend just moved all day long. Glad it’s done. Unfortunately have to do it again in 30 days. At least most things we have are stored at my shop and packed already so second move won’t be as bad
Ya staying with a friend who doesn’t drink for a month. He single with no kids and has a lot of space so it’s ok. House under construction but he don’t charge anything. I will help him with something’s around his renovations though.
From two weeks ago. Got 8 pounds of chunk moving last 10 days not all was moving but some was finding a place and what not. Anyways no time for cooking or cleaning extra stuff means eating out which has sucked for past two weeks. When a guy eats out that much with his family it can’t be good healthy stuff. Did the best I could with subway and grilled chicken burgers but still. So these are where I was pre move. Hope to be back there by end of next week.
Ya it was exciting to see that. I have never had a six pack before. I have had lower body fat but never a six pack. Hopefully I can get one at 45 finally lmao.
