Sept 1st version of diets and training

Good afternoon all. Well I’m in my new apartment,Its not furnished yet at all,I mean stove refrigerator etc,but no bed or furniture yet til Wednesday.I can’t really unpack yet.
No gym. But my brother in law and I are goin on Monday to sign up at one of the local gym,also when I’m starting my cycle.Today I’m grateful for being in my own place again,I truly appreciate solitude Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Glad youre getting setup bro. Same not feeling like doing anything today. Ate like shit. I cut energy drinks out and wife says ive been acting like an ass all day lol. Oh well. Days almost done and thatll be one full day without anything.
 
Really is an addiction. Even sugar free ones. I was up to 5 sugar free monsters a day and somedays 6. Started feeling really bad lately and had to drop it.
 
Ive tried to stop before but never made it a full day. Migraine would hit and i would give in. Today just took coffee and pushed thru it and went away eventually.
 
Energy drinks messed me up bad years ago. All sugar free but they about did me in.

I noticed i went from 2 a day. To 3. Then 4. Then 5. Etc and was just getting out of control. Wasnt very functional without them. Coffee makes me shit tho. But if a migraine started then caffeine pill would take too long to work. Energy drink worked fast. Coffee didnt do shit. 800mg ibuprofen would sometimes help sometimes not.
