Just had protein shake and breakfast bowl forgot caffeine so may have a coffee at some point. Flautas for lunches and shoulders for training
 
Dropped baby girl off at school went to ortho…sitting in parking lot and got a call canceling my appointment. Soooooo what does a long hair leaping gnome (what song does that come from) do…go to Waffle House and eat everything I’m not supposed to.
