September 14th Training and Diet

You was up early sir. Scrambled eggs smothered in cheese and fried potatoes with a Dew this morning. Hitting legs and abs today. The weather is finally cooling off around here. So intensity of my training is going up. Been hitting the gym and then hitting some band workouts before bed just for the pump.
 
Meeting friends for breakfast and probably hitting some legs after. Probably will do an omelette and homefries, maybe a pancake lol. Prepping food for the rest of the week so not entirely sure what is on the rest of today’s menu will be.
