Shoulder recovery suggestions

So since I got on the pipeline I couldn’t start my physical therapy for my shoulders… they gave me anti inflammatory and muscle relaxers. I was just wonder if you guys got some suggestions for me to help repair my shoulders like they would.
 
Coach @Kad1 probably does.

I like very light weights and movements that pump blood into the area. Keeps me healthy
 
Try to skip the muscle relaxers if possible, if it’s bad start with stretches/mobility, then high rep band work, then light ass girl dumbbell weights. 3 times a week. Less is More.
 
I was under the impression you retained coach @Kad1 services…

Not a bad decision, dude knows his stuff.

My advice is to do what your coach says.

But you need to follow whatever your coach has prescribed for you. I’ve got friends that are trainers and they say that’s the number 1 thing that messes up their clients.

The coach prescribes a series of things for a person with an end goal. The person goes sideways and does too much or too little without the coaches knowledge and the client falls short of the goals or worse, gets injured or even worse(r)… makes an existing fixable injury…unfixable.
 
No I was just about to til they calle don’t for the pipeline. I’m going to wait til I’m off the pipeline and actually have time and can commit fully

But there’s probably some rehab he can get you doing now.
 
Im glad you posted this. My right shoulder has been doing all kinds of weird shit. From the shoulder blade to the shoulder itself… Also weird neck grinding on the right side… And this doesn’t stem from an injury… pretty much just popped out of nowhere…needles to say ive been out of work 6 weeks so far… Work won’t let me come back without a note… Doctor will not sign a release to go back to work not even for light duty… Until I go see an orthopedic specialist which is on November 3rd…
 
Damn that’s crazy! Yeah mine still hurt. Not as bad tho and it’s only when I lift. But I just do things that don’t hurt. I was supposed to start physical therapy two months ago but I got called to a job and don’t have time to.
 
Yea idk what the fuck. Sometimes put a seatbelt on… Crossing my arms theres pain.Fucking PCP refers me right. I told the secretary like look I’m really trying to get back to work and she says well I’ll give them a call to see if they can speed up the process to get the quote on quote ball rolling… 15 days later I call orthopedics myself they stated they never got the referral…so she never called in the first place to get this supposed ball rolling… Because if she did I’m sure they would have found out that there was no referral that was received… So apparently there was a glitch at the point being is if she really did call him to speed things up I think I found this 3 days out from the referral being sent… Thanks for the well wishes I hope the same for you as well… Got the MRI September 1st and will finally see a specialist on the third of November…
 
If you have an Arrosti clinic in your area I totally recommend checking them out. They can do soft tissue work and show you some exercises you can do at home to rehab.

MFR and chiropractor couldn’t hurt either.
