Every so often I get in this mood of trying new methods, I’ve been an every different angle volume trainer mostly but then I get invigorated to do a Milos style periodization with regards to training with giants and drop sets or when @PHD writes about 10sets of squats for legs and I remember that feeling of all the blood in your legs, nausea… Then I go through the pre exhaust, superset, triple drops, then meadows and the Brit (I think) Jordan peters do some great exercises. That JP side cable laterals with the wrist attachments. There were years gone by where I had to do reverse bent rows or deads or some other exercises because I was afraid I would immediately shrink. I don’t care if the person is 260 or 180, I like to constantly change it up. Does meadows justvhave stuffvon u tube or do you have to pay?
