What’s Up, @PHD wanted me to give an update of my training/results thus far. First off, I’m not one to post up my training and results On the forum. I just do not have the time. But I will put up ocassional updates.

So I decided to go in with @PHD back in the summer time with a coaching plan to start on October 1st. I wanted to do a lean bulk for 12 weeks. My starting weight was 173 on 10/1. I am doing John Meadows Creeping Death 2 program. I have been strictly following the diet plan and gear protocol @PHD put together for me. With the exception for today, as it was my sons Bday. I got a little off track. But anyway, I am running all @UNITED gear. 500mg of Sust and 300mg of EQ per week. I also do 25mg of injectable Dbol preworkout on training days. I was also doing 50mgs of TNE preworkout but that gear crashed. I had to toss it. The Dbol has also been crashing but I’m making it work by heating it up.

My weight as of today 10/20 is 181. My strength is through the roof. I feel like I’m making gains everyday and every week. I’m feeling nice and full, putting on good muscle.

Well, that’s my update so far. I am very impressed with the results so far. I am more than happy with @PHD and what he has put together for me.
 
I will be following this closely brother. It’s your cycle log so make it what you want. As a courtesy to @PHD at Titan Training just be careful about being to specific about diet and protocol. JM’s programs are top shelf and if you put in the work I think we all will be impressed with your end results.

Right on brother. That’s pretty much all you’re going to get out of me. Weight changes and gear protocols. And anything out of the ordinary that merits a notation.
