More old man excuses.

My hands are so mogged up i have a hard time manipulating small implements like that.

Angiotensin II is part of the RASS cascade in the kidneys. ARBS have no beta receptor interaction. Beta 1 receptors on in the heart. Think beta blockers.

ARBs have everything to do with your kidneys.

Ok, so ARBs only impact angiotensin II’s effect on kidneys? Good thing your around Nero lol

What would you recommend for a beta blocker?

I just started Nebivolol (Bystolic) three weeks ago per @Neuro recommendation.

Very preliminary buuuut…It seems to be reducing my morning systolic bp +/- 5 points at 2.5mg daily.
Seems to reduce my resting heart rate 5 bpm too.

Maybe a small reduction in appetite, but nothing i can’t power thru.

So far, I don’t think it effects my cardio during hiit workouts.
(jury still out on Metformin and to what degree)

No ED either.

No data on lipids, or prolactin for awhile.
