I had to keep checking and make sure it wasnt tested records. I mean I knew competeing was as big of. Deal here but abs there other feds but 439 seems way low for bench.

I should add I’m competing in 308 cause fuck cutting if I knew what ment was going to do eight wise I may have chose 275 but I’m thinking if I’m up to 295 I don’t wan to drink 20 for someth g that I’ll already be competing at higher eight

I should by meet I hope. Squat is pipe dream but who knows woth switch to low bar and dedicated programming. But if I don’t beat bench by 100 I’ll be upset hahah
 
If my budget allows me I will take some personal me time and be there to support you. Will see. That’s also around hunting season. I would really enjoy it.
 
@Dirtnasty , records are set and meant to be broken, pushing new limits is what this sport is about! It’s all about your willingness to push your body beyond the edge for 5 more lbs on the bar! Those numbers are absolutely bearable, and elite numbers are definitely within your grasp. Make this your new drug, turn the pain into euphoria, set your goals and get high as fuck achieving them!
 
What you doing to prepare is it with suits, shirts or is it raw? Need to be doing boards bands and chains heavy sets of 3. Lots of sets form ass down chin up chest out when you get 4 weeks out if you using suit start working out with it get used to it halo and bases are your go to. Load up specially day of meet of you are safe and in the weight class you want it as much as possible feast food=Power get some nose torque inzer or what ever kind
 
I used to have a peaking program specific for getting ready for meets. Let me check my gym bag when I get home, I’ll send it your way so you can look it over
