I felt that while most understand and know this as general knowledge, I thought I might drop a little info for those first timers or even those that haven’t been on the train for a while. So here it goes. Feel free to add any comments or personal experiences as well
  1. Have diet and body fat on point before going on cycle. Most importantly the diet. AAS is not a magic pill or shot that will take you from 25% BF to 10% a shit diet will produce shit results. Yes. You will gain muscle. But you’ll still be 25% if you have a poor diet. This also works for very lean people. Your advantage is low BF. BUT, if you do not increase protein you’ll just be ripped during the cycle and those gains will disappear in a month. For both.
  2. Weight will fluctuate 5 to 10 pounds sometimes more. Depending on compounds you could lose quite a bit of weight after a couple weeks off cycle.
  3. Your first 3 or 4 weeks you will feel like a GOD. Strength, movitvation, sense of well being. You’re body will adjust to the increase of hormones and try to adjust accordingly. This will results in a feeling of lethargic, low energy, and moods. Mostly think of PMS😂. You’ll still heal fast, have great strength gains and great gains overall. Just be prepared for the mood.
  4. Some compounds affect others differently. What I give you may not affect you. So listen, but do not assume you will react the same. The info is just to make you aware that this “could” happen. Except for Tren… you will develop a bit of a attitude on Tren. As in small things become major things.
  5. Doing massive doses of compounds do not make you bigger. The old saying less is more is the best advice. Taking multiple compounds WITHOUT BLOODWORK will mess you up for months. Sometimes years. Start small dose see how it does. Stay small if possible. Unless you are competing, there is no reason to do 3 or 4 compounds.
  6. LOG EVERYTHING. Diet. Training. Compounds. This is so YOU can find your best cycle. I can tell you all day what works well for me, but you need to know what’s best for YOU. Yes, it’s a good start, but if you’re a first or second time cycle a gram of Test, 500mg Tren and Dbol is NOT going to turn you into Ronnie Coleman. Do not expect AAS to do everything. I’ve seen guys look like shit on a gram of test and say they have “bad” gear. No. Your diet and routine suck ass. You are just a bloated fat fuck because of the gram of test. 🤣
  7. TEST YOUR AAS. I cannot stress this enough. If you are buying UGL gear. Get a kit and test. Blindly putting something in your body is crazy to me. While we have GREAT sponsors. Trust no one. I want you to be as safe as possible. We all do.
  8. Listen to your body AND doctor. If you are not honest with your doc, then you are putting yourself at risk. HBP, HEART health and liver/kidney functions are no joke. You fuck these over, you’ll be dead sooner than later. As you age you will be more and more susceptible to damage. Trust me. I LOVE ABOMBS. love. But at about 50 my body was like nope. No more. I could feel my heart beat in my neck and my BP was Dangerously high. As in going to the emergency room. Heart palpitations, the works. So while it makes me a bit sad. I do not fuck with Adrol any more ever. Not even low dose.
  9. Be safe. Don’t buy for anyone or stockpile crazy amounts. That is asking for trouble.
  10. Lastly have a REAL goal. REAL purpose. Just putting AAS in your body cuz you want to is not a goal. Write them down. Map them. Document progress.
Feel free to add any insight. This is here to help everyone 😉

I would add it to the post I made the other day about new members and how they can get started but I don’t want to take away from @TBU it being his post.
I can add it to the thread if you want @TBU or it can be its own post

Excellent post and advice. One thing I learned quickly, which I think I saw mentioned on a different thread, is to space out your injections as opposed to thinking you can get everything in with one injection per week. This of course would be impossible if using multiple compounds, but even with just long ester test with the plan to do 500mg per week, break it up into 2 injections of 250mg. Your ass with thank you due to PIP. You still may get rough PIP with some brews, but in general a smaller dose spaced out during the week should reduce the PIP. Also as others have said, heating up your gear also can help. Lastly, be sure you follow proper use of alcohol swabs and know correct pinning locations when injecting. There a great post about this if you do a search. Just my 0.02.

This is a great write up. One thing I will add that I feel is crucial and overlooked: PATIENCE!

Too many people I see looking for the quick fix, and they think gear is that answer. Even with gear to reach our ideal goals takes time and consistency, which you have to be patient and realistic during that process. People think one or two cycles will get them the results they want, when in reality it is years of consistency needed.

My two cents: slow down, take your time, enjoy the ride. Champions aren’t built overnight
