I thought it was a hack squat thing but when i google it they dont look like this. It can work tf outta quads but i dont understand y the different feet placements

When I use a machine for hack squats I use the angled position for feet. You can get pretty deep and it sets the outer quad on fire.

I have to turn the stop handle upside down to get under it but yes it doesn’t take much to get ne
