I go super deep, let the bench basically rip my chest in half and then push out of the hole. It’s like taking a projected particle cannon to my chest. Massive pumps. Bigger than I’ve ever had on a chest exercise
I have to put 25’s on the bumpers to be able to get under weights it does go extremely deep. I have machine press in my block probably the one I will use
I love how deep it goes! I get the best stretch on my chest of any exercise. Try to go down as low as you can! I see people using bumpers at the gym and their form is shit and they don’t go down all the way.
