Today I’m think I’ll go do legs. I reinjured my left delt again trying to help my mom into the car. A surgeon friend said it sounds like a torn labrum which he too has himself and refused surgery so I’ll just baby it.
 
Man I feel your pain, I think I got the same issue anytime I do an upper body workout I usually get pain in the deltoid labrum area it’s a bitch, when it happens I cannot lift my arm up above my head for 2-3 days.

Yep, lifting things upward with your arms at your sides like with shrugs is fine, but anything out in front of your body feels bad and the delt pops. It’s very hard to lift your arm over your head.
 
I’ve been making all wrong decisions. Kind of frustrating. I think litecoin and all alts will continue to just follow bitcoin but bitcoin is increasing its dominance while alts are losing market share. I’m getting such mixed opinions from the influencers I follow. Some think we hit bottom and are just ranging with bitcoin in the mid to low $30,000’s for the next few months to scare people into selling. Then the 4th quarter of 2021 we will see new all time highs. I sure hope that’s the case. Then the other half of influencers are calling for everything to drop way, way down. All I know is nobody knows nothing. Haha 😀
 
My buddy bought a couple grand worth doge when it wasn’t even worth a penny and he made over a 100,000 dollars. I think the market is still in it’s infancy, long term I think people who invested early will be well off in the next 10 years. Crypto reminds me of the dot com boom in the early 90s, people who invested then made a lot of $
 
Were definitely going down how low im not sure but the alt coins I believe are going to really blow up soon because bitcoin is going to start coming back we still have awhile until 2024 but once the dollar starts to fall starting nuly 15th bitcoin and gold plus alt coins I believe are going up.
Plus opec isn’t pumping extra oil so that’s going to drive everything precious including crypto up up up

That’s atleast what I believe I was just happy that the alt coins started to bottom.
Get when the blood runs red lol or in the dip.
 
I agree its definitely the next tech boom its going to end in 2024 though when btc has its last burn it will probably become an expensive stable coin and unless the alt coins get adapted there all going to be digital dust lol
