Daily meals… most days are pretty simple and similar so won’t bore you all… it basically an old Chris Aceto plan I’ve done for 10+ years in late winter to reduce BF)

Fasted cardio, 60 min (incline treadmill or bike)

Weight training / core work every other day

#1 8 egg white, 2 whole eggs reduced sugar ketchup 1 whole banana

#2. 8 oz of grilled chicken, half an apple

#3. 8 oz Lean red meat, half apple, protein shake with almond milk

#4 6-8 oz fish, chicken, lean red meat, salad with reduced fat dressing, banana or another fruit source

*** all meals in by 6 pm

60 mins cardio…whew apparently you’re not a lazy azz like me. I’m like a kid…SQUIRREL! and I’m off…

About 10 days in… weight at 226.5 … I can say the GW501516 has a noticeable effect on cardio … I put the mk2866 / SR stack in the same conversation in terms of effect as a low dose of turnibol… saying full, but helping bring out the striations as weight drops. Check back in 10 days or so… using @Ldog test prop as well.

Agree … to quantify it… i started to get gassed abut 35 min into 8 incline treadmill walks at 3.7-3.8… non existent on Card… 60 min is a breeze. It’s odd because it’s not a stimulant feeling it’s just lack of fatigue feeling.

Yep it’s being in shape I n a compound. Doesn’t make you move wbut when you do you dont feel like you are working at all

Little post cardio fasted pic… 219.5 this morning… post cardio arm shot… starting to see better striation in my shorter muscles and vascularity without a lifting pump. Goal is to reduce BF by around 3 lbs per month. I’m enjoying these three SARMs with test and of course diet is most critical piece!
