Gonna try to wake up early on Friday, hit the gym, then maybe get back to sleep for a few hours. 4 days is killing me. I just feel like I’m leaving things on the table.
Legs again. Very ready to get back to full speed.

It’s a balancing act for sure. You don’t want to neglect anything nor do you want to be in the gym for long periods either.
Some folks like extended sessions…I do not. Never have. Especially now….I just can’t put in too much volume without exponentially increasing the risk of injury.
It is a balance. And it’s ever shifting with work, rest, and nutrition. The more I learn the more I’m impressed by the powerlifters, strongmen, and bb’rs that do it for decades.
Yeah the upper tier guys have much more resolve than I do. I was probably close to being mediocre at one time but didn’t possess that “drive” that’s required.
