Lunges x 4 (two sets weighted, two sets bw short step)
Calves x 5.
Had to do my hands on skills check off for my ACLS (advanced cardiac life support) certification… and it was run by someone who has never ran an actual code blue in their entire career… she kept critiquing me on “the order of which things are done” and I told her it was clear she’s never run a code as all 5 of those things happen at once when your team shows up….
This is the world of healthcare- the educators and certifying bodies have loads of knowledge on paper… and can’t see the forest for the trees.
Elbow is feeling good. Should have some sleeves coming in anytime now… bought some XXL and had to exchange for XXXL, mark bell sizing is weird. My arms aren’t @Dirtnasty size.
Anyyyywho.
Will continue more of the same today. Back, shoulders. No presses and no bi’s/tri’s.
DHB and Sten are doing well together. No chest arms in 3 weeks and I don’t feel like I’ve really lost much size. It might be wishful thinking but let me have it.
Really hoping by Monday I’ll be back to at least 90%. And I can get some light weight in.
