This pic is from 9 years ago, this is the strongest i have ever been. Remember am 5’4’'. I was squatting 365 for the last set, 6 reps alone , 3 more spotted. I was benching the same.

Life was full of poor decisions , lots of daily regrets…very sad. I had to go get STRONG. After 5 1/2 years of strength training , i learnt

• The strongest man always apologizes first.
• The strongest man never looks down on another man , unless is to pull him up.
• The strongest man never complains.
• The strongest man always says am sorry , when there is a problem.
• The strongest man is always forgiving, caring and loving , no matter what.
