Sunday December 12th edition of diets and training

Good morning my beautiful and ugly motherfuckers.I hope this finds everyone in good spirits.
Breakfast was Crepes,strawberries and fresh cut pineapple.i usually put some kind of homemade jam in the middle of mine,today it was 🍓 jam.Also a R1 protein shake.Not sure what lunch is gonna be,dinner will be chicken n dumplings.
Yesterday I put in a few hours on my friends farm,we had to separate two pregnant goats,cause the male was pickin on them,the male was pickin on me to,he head butted me,that shit hurt,my friend laughed,I was pissed,so I got some bailing twine,put a knot around his horns and tied him up.Anyways, she had in her basement all sorts a weights, a squat rack,bunch a free weights,a adjustable bench she gave to me that will pretty much give me every piece of equipment I need on top of what I already own.
Today I’m gonna do legs.
 
Can’t complain about free equipment! My usual diet today. Time spent with in laws and having to be the only one refusing to eat there. Just got home and get some chicken or something.
 
Samo grub for me. Don’t know what I’m going to do today.

Yes free is good. I knew someone was gonna ask for a pic,I didn’t take the stuff yet,we left her house with both our trucks filled with junk to take to the dump,so I had no room,this Saturday I’m goin back to work there gonna grab it then.
 
I’m thinking a new truck payment would be cheaper than trying to feed you!
 
Ha ha. speaking of which, I have to do the grocery shopping since the woman is sick,I’m gonna buy all sorts of goodies,my friend also gave me a almost brand new meat slicer,I’m gonna buy something to slice on it just because I want to use it.
 
And if I ever get to kill another deer,I’m gonna cut a roast out of it,and slice it up and make venison cheese steaks,and you all know I love my cheese steaks

How you doin @dburk55 staying outta trouble I hope,but your probably like me,even when I strive to fly under the radar,I find myself encountering the police for whatever reason
 
Dude I gotta say I’m doing fantastic my physique is the best it’s ever been prob since senior year of football and I’m way more muscular now I’ve found the compounds that work best for me and diet and my career is great I got the shift I wanted and no longer have to work 70hr weeks everything’s going really good and yeah I encounter cops more now that I’m not a damn junkie then when I was running on the streets kinda annoying honestly I get pulled over for the dumbest shit
