This is more of a cautionary statement and a question.
My hands are FUBAR… started in my late 40’s. Grip was good but the actual pressure of the bar hurt my hands. Now, they don’t work well and ache more often than not.
I turned wrenches, swung a framing hammer, used heavy tooling and had all my digits broken at least once except for my right thumb.
I am unaware of any exercise movements for hand health. Nowadays I just try and stretch them out and keep everything moving.
I guess being born to wealthy parents or hitting the powerball at a young age might have changed the need to work for decades.
Open to suggestions and comments.
