The Arnold 2019 in Columbus

The 2019 Arnold classic in Columbus Ohio will be here in the first week of March! This will be my 5th year attending the expo. I got to meet and chat with my personal hero jim stoppani last year. Hard to top that! I’ve met most of the big names but shaking hands with Arnold is still on my bucket list Anybody else going? Anyone you would like to meet?

Have fun man. I have never wanted to attend those I just can’t deal with the crowds of people plus the arrogant and cocky ones walking around with ILS sickness (invisible lat syndrome) lol. Plus competing on a national level I’ve met a lot of the pros and I know a few personally. Brandon Curry use to lift at my home gym when I lived there. I’ve even had thanksgiving with him and his family. Also was very good friends with flex Lewis. He use to go to same gym before moving to Miami. The gym owner is one of my best friends and flex use to live with him. So we always had people coming in our gym from the industry.
