The Benefits of Eating Lamb

I’m pretty nondenominational when it come to food…if it won’t make me physically ill…im going to eat it

So you got a recipe going for lamb pan sear and the air fryer is to many dishes for me brother lol
It sounds really good maybe im just eating the wrong cut of meat and another section might be better fitted for my taste. Like you said chops ive only had the little lollipop looking pieces.

Bruh mutton, lamb, and goat are so tasty. I actually prefer the gamieness of it all compared to other red meats. Definitely tasty in curries.

Lamb chops are also the bomb

I could eat lamb every day! At the Iowa State Fair they have a stand that is put on by some weird ass church group, and they have a lamb burger there… it’s one of the foods I have to get every year! Gotta have it! Covid fucked that up for me last year

Coincidence I just came across this. I was a bit lazy to cook and also need to hit up the grocery store on various lean meats. Ended up ordering delivery from a middle eastern restaurant and just bought various fairly small shanks of meat. 10 were lamb, 5 beef, 1 chicken harts. Very tasty…brought some variety to my normal meat supply. Hard to find lamb or goat meat around here. A hobby of mine is to smoke large cuts of meat like pork shoulder, brisket, turkey, etc on a large bullet stick burner. I know a lot of people are tending to go with the pellet smokers, but for me it just isn’t the same smoke flavor as a manual. I have the Weber Smoky Mountain and feed it with small logs of mesquite or oak along with charcoal. Those things are a machine and hold temps in the 225-250 range easy and only have to tend it a few times when doing a long cook. Have a ton of leftover stone bricks and room in the backyard that I could build an old fashion smoker large enough for a small pig, goat or lamb. Waiting for summer and may just add that as a new project. 🍖 🥩 🐑 🐷

Im going to buy a smoker for sure and I thought that the pellet feeders were the way to go?

I was definitely going to ask before I bought though

Sorry for the late reply as I’ve been just on the grind but yes what I do is before I prepare it I wash it dry it make sure to put sea salt black pepper red hot sauce a Sprinkle of sazone and I marinate it for about 2 hours I then pan sear it for about 8 minutes on each side and then I put it 12 minutes into the air fryer and that’s pretty much it as I am trying to retain my exterior keep the interior at minimum weight capacity serve it with a salad or even better yet I’ll take a sweet potato slice it and put those in the air fryer for about 14 minutes with a some sea salt

You have too best grilled veggies frenchfries toast bread make bacon again those silver dollar French fries well air fried are the best I cooked venison, fish especially salmon cooks great in the fryer
