I never felt it did much, definitely no water weight, but nothin really gives me water weight anyways.
 
I’ve tried it a few times for months at a time,dont notice shit

Ohh to be terribly honest I haven’t noticed much change either on or off cycle. But to be entirely fair, I don’t expect to actually “notice” much because it isn’t a very powerful supplement. Like, even at most optimum levels, creatine only helps with maybe a 5-8% increase in strength over a placebo over the course of 6 or so weeks according to the literature.
