The great creatine debate

My question is how did they take it? I just read this article about sugar and creatine/protein digestion. I do feel it makes me gain water weight. I feel fuller when taking it. And I’m trying to find the article now. BTW. 😂

I remember seeing some liquid creatine I’ve seen the powder that’s everywhere I’ve used the capsules and its still not cheap at all its expensive for the amount we need

I was lucky. I got sponsored as a young bodybuilder so it was free. They wanted to see how it worked

I used it for years and didn’t know if it made a difference or not. My doctor suggested years back to stop it. I can’t remember why.

I believe that was it. My creatine(not the same I know) levels were off ( low I believe) because I’m an idiot and worked out before physical and did blood work right after. The doc made me retest a month later but told me not to take creatine and no working out two days before. I retested fine but never retook the stuff

I’ve used all different types of creatine at different doses over the years and never noticed a discernible difference from taking it. To me the cost isn’t worth whatever theoretical benefits it has. But just my opinion

I can it will cause liver kidney function issues. My liver enzymes was jacked like I was an alcoholic had every test ran in world nothing started paying attention and it was creatine cut it out all blood work good take it bad blood work do t know if it was brand but it was only won that worked NOSHOGUN OR something like that

It’s not impacting the kidney function. It will skew numbers but it’s not damaging your kidneys. Water intake must be increased along with some type of electrolytes. (Gatorade, liquid IV etc.) like working out intensely then getting blood work will skew the numbers as well. It is kind of a myth that Creatine damages kidneys. Several articles disproving this, I’d post them but don’t know if I can post a link or not……
